the valet service was efficient and the check-in process was quick.
The rooftop bar was closed. the condition of the bathroom shower was also a concern, as the seal looked dirty and not properly cleaned.

the rooftop bar was closed. nobody informed me about that on arrival. it was a real shame because i really wanted to use it. also, the bed sheets had tears. i think a five-star hotel should have better quality sheets.
